At MINISFORUM, we stand behind the quality of our mini PCs and hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Initiate a Request

Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

Technical Assessment

Our technical team will review your request and provide troubleshooting steps or an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if a return is necessary.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5 to 7 business days.
